We are expecting 100–150 participants. I understand that this is not possible at the AHK location.  Which alternative event location have you decided on? 
So we need an offer for event organisation by the AHK. It should include all important components (e.g. room rental, event equipment, interpreters, catering, on-site support). The final accepted offer will form the basis for invoicing. Our budget is round about €3,000. 

We will then require an invoice with the detailed costs. The invoice items are: 

When should the event start so that the catering works well? As a comparison for the duration of the event, I have attached the agenda from Mexico. 

Spanish would be the main language. I understand that we do not need an interpreter. 

We need to confirm the venue and ensure catering options align with the event schedule.  We need a hotel, or another suitable places (f.e. the chamber of commerce) for 100-150 Participants?

• Save the date (4-6 weeks before the event)

Doerthe will coordinate the invitation text directly with you when she is in Bogota. 
We will send out a save the date at the beginning of August (week 32) so that German companies have enough time to prepare for the trip. 
For this, we need you to create a landing page with a registration option. Urgent: EH need the Link to your Landingpage
